They will not come in your home and remove any sort of furniture or items that needs to be removed to alleviate any fees you may incur after move out unless the items are pristine and disinfected even if the home is due for complete remodel and the new owner will not care if there is dirt in the home.

They will charge you at least $300 plus tax and fees for stuff outside that bulk pickup would gladly pick up for free. They will waste your time and tell you they'll come and remove it all and only take what is outside providing it is nowhere near any sort of dirt to put on there truck and remove. Do not hire this company if you actually need to remove old furniture and anything upon move out that needs to go in order to not be charged for leaving anything behind for the new owner. This is the exact opposite of what the initial phone call to set up the appointment and what was told they would do upon arrival. I had them show up at my house yesterday to tell me what they would and would not take. They will refuse to take your junk if it is not extremely clean and disinfected no matter what. They will send to millennial boys to your door fitting the Ken doll description one blonde and one brunette to satisfy all preferences on the outside. Contrary to the name of the company, do not be deceived.
Local eco-centers will be glad to take in your junk and usually for free! Save yourself a ton of money, rent a truck or trailer and do the lifting yourself. It was nice that they were able to get to us on the same day. Zero flexibility, not even a discount and it seemed pretty hostile towards our request all because they couldn't answer a phone 45 minutes before they loaded the junk in.

So far nothing is overly wrong with what happened, we tried calling them several times as we had a contact to come and collect most of the remaining junk, after our contact got there they refused to stop working and claimed "we already did the work so he can take it but were going to charge you full price for it". Being late, of course, they were only able to pick up a part of the junk and charged us full price and came back the same day to pick up the rest of the junk. I already knew they were very expensive we called and they were able to come that same day. We called after having to deal with bad tenants. And if they tell you cubic feet but casually mention depends on how they stack it in the truck hang up. If you are calling them for a quote, ask questions. I suspect many people think $229, hire them, then end up paying a lot more just to get rid of their stuff. I have a string of the strangest emails from these people. Horrible! I suspect they don't have a customer service cheat sheat for someone who knows what the inside of a truck looks like. TINY! 1/8th of that would hold nothing! They kept passing me around, nobody made sense, Nobody could tell me the space $229 buys.
They initially told me the "truck" was 10 ft x 5 ft x 5 ft. My immediate question was what size truck. I guess they don't normally get a person like me who worked in freight for 45 years. When I called for approximate quote, they told me $229 for 1/8th of the truck. I did not use them, I suspected a bait & switch scam.
